friendly staff convenient location accessible area
Staff members was friendly . alina, meriem, sam, and desmond received particular thanks. the location is convenient. Earls court station is only a few blocks away. i found the area accessible.
breakfast had space for improvement but was generally good. they could add more VARIETY.

quiet air conditioning complimentary fruit large mirror
The air conditioning worked very well. It was also quiet. Complimentary fruit, nuts, and water were available in the room.. Bedroom cleaning occurred daily, and the toiletries were replenished. The makeup and shaving mirror in the bathroom was large.

lovely stay near earl's court!
tube station reusable amenities friendly staff quick room
The location worked so well. it was a short walk to the earls court tube station! the staff were friendly. They offered umbrellas when it rained. i really appreciated that the hotel used reusable amenities. That's a plus for sustainability. the room was cleaned promptly each day.
The breakfast area sometimes felt a bit crowded during peak hours. It was only a minor thing though.

tube stations pleasant experience fresh fruit
The location was fantastic. It was close to two tube stations. It made getting around the city so easy. The staff was very kind and helpful. I found fresh fruit and water in the reception area. This detail showed a great level of care.
There was a slight delay turning on the lights in my room.

Decent Stay Overall
excellent location pleasant staff listed amenities noisy room banging doors little sleep
The location is excellent with a tube station only a couple minutes away. This makes getting around easy. The staff was also very pleasant and mannerly.. they had no issues throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and came with all amenities listed.
My room was next to a very noisy one and I only managed to get to sleep quite late. The noise became unbearable again at 5.30 a.m. I needed to knock on their door then. The doors banged each time they closed and friends they were staying with were constantly visiting their room and banging the doors. I got very little sleep.

the staff was very friendly from the doorman to check-in. i only stayed for one night and had a comfortable sleep. breakfast was hot and tasted good.
